This website, silkalbazaar.in ("Website", "Silkal Bazaar"), is owned and operated by Silkal Weavers Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), GSTIN 29ABNCS0673G1ZY, registered office at Near Tippu Sultan Circle Opp Anjuman School Gaye Alampurpeth Ilkal 587125. By accessing or using the Website you ("Buyer", "you") agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.1 Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale platform

Silkal Bazaar is a restricted wholesale platform for approved business buyers only. Accounts are granted by invitation/approval; there is no open public registration. Wholesale prices are shown only to approved, logged-in buyers and are confidential. You agree not to share, publish, or disclose wholesale prices to any third party. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, price disclosure, or breach of these Terms.

1.2 Eligibility

You confirm that you are a bona fide business buyer, are at least 18 years old, and are authorised to transact on behalf of your business. You agree to provide accurate business details, including GSTIN where applicable.

1.3 Products

Silkal Bazaar sells handloom sarees and related textile products. As these are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, weave, motif, and finish are natural and are not defects. Product images are indicative; slight differences may occur due to screen settings and the handmade nature of the goods.

1.4 Orders, pricing & quantity-based discounts

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable GST is shown at checkout.
  • Wholesale pricing applies to approved buyers. Additional quantity-based discounts may apply based on total cart quantity, as displayed at checkout.
  • An order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch the order. We may decline or cancel any order (e.g. stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected misuse) and will refund any amount already paid for cancelled orders.
  • Our sales team may place orders on behalf of approved buyers; the buyer remains responsible for the order.

1.5 Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and supported methods (UPI, cards, net-banking, etc.). We do not store your full card or banking credentials. By paying, you authorise the transaction and confirm the payment details are yours.

1.6 Intellectual property

All content on the Website (text, designs, logos, product photographs) is the property of Silkal Weavers Private Limited and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

1.7 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

1.8 Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ilkal, Karnataka.
